Morning Routine – Lemon, cayenne pepper, ACV and RWK just cranberry drink. Oolong tea and my water!
Breakfast – Quinoa with almond milk, stevia, GOL Raw Fiber blend, and chia seeds with fresh berries
Snack during the day – a small piece of flax pita with hummus and more water.
Lunch – Grilled chicken salad with spinach
Dinner – Egg white and veggie scramble
