Lunch – Soy, Spinach and Shiitake mushroom sauce over Shirataki noodles (tofu noodles) 

 

Dinner – Cilantro, Kale, Bok Choy, Ginger, Lemon, Apple, Spinach, Orange, Beet and Cucumber juice along with a raw veggie and tabouli salad and Chai Masala Tea with Almond milk
