The weight loss is going really well so far! I truly think this will be the year I will finally reach my ultimate goal and will be thinner than I have been in years, around 1997 or so. I was trying on clothes today that I had not worn in years. Very motivating. I just need to continue to be consistent, and I know I will reach my goal.

3 mile run – 31:52 with 1.21 mile warm up and cool down walk. ITB was very tight today but the 3rd mile I hit my stride, too late of course. I am using the foam roller once again tonight in hopes that my run on Thursday will be far better! Here are my super slow splits for today –

Clean Program Day 8 –
Meal 1 – Kale, Beet, Watercress, Apple, Carrot, Ginger, Lemon and Parsley juice along with a couple of cups of Jasmine Green Tea.
Meal 2 – Black beans, Ground Bison, Onions, Garlic and Olive oil over raw Napa Cabbage and Broccoli. Yogi detox tea.
Meal 3 – Quinoa flakes with fresh blueberries, apple and blackberries mixed with Chia seeds and ground flaxseeds. Unsweetened Almond milk
Meal 4 – Kale, Beet, Watercress, Apple, Carrot, Ginger, Lemon and Parsley juice along with a couple of cups of Yogi tea and Aloe Vera juice with ACV.
