Bike – 6 mile ride,13:30 mins, spinning / intervals training between low and high resistance – 26.6 avg mph
20 Closegrip pushups
20 military incline pushups
Cross body DB boxing with 5 lb DBs for 2 mins straight
Runner curls with 5 lb DBs straight for 2.5 mins

What was on my plate for today….

Meal 1 – Metabolic reset shake with mixed berries and FF milk. Water along with morning ACV, cranberry, lemon detox drink

Meal 2 – Afternoon detox drink with 1 serving of homemade raw veggie taboule with broccoli, red onion, lemon, mushrooms, zucchini and peppadew peppers. Joesph’s lavash bread with turkey breast, wholly gucac, onion.

Meal 3- Red Mango yogurt and water

Meal 4 – Evening detox drink with Chipolte Salmon and Chicken tortilla soup(no chips or cheese, just broth, olive oil, peppers and chicken)

Meal 5 – Decaf nespresso capsule.
