July was a great month for me. I lost inches, started running more and vastly improved my nutrition. I am hoping August will be even better!
July Totals….
1. Run/Walk – 48.58 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches – 1,100 reps
3. Pushups – 155 reps
4. Squats – 1,500 reps
Goals for August!
1. Loose another 2 inches in my waist
2. ST 2 times a week
3. Walk/Run 15 miles a week
4. Consume at least 10 super foods per day
5. Drink 128 oz of water a day
6. Take vitamins and supplements daily
7. Stretch!
8. Make time for my devotionals
9. Pushups – 100 per week
10. Squats – 500 per week
