New goals plus a new pic of my sweet angel girl…

It is so hard to believe that little Kayla is now almost 4 months old! We are so in love and having a wonderful time with her!

Totals so far for the month…

1. Run/Walk – 39.55 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches – 900 reps
3. Pushups – 135 reps
4. Squats – 1,300 reps

Tuesday – 4.26 walk with slow run – DONE!
Wednesday – ST with Cathe DVD and 3 mile walk
Thursday – 5 mile walk
Friday – ST with Cathe DVD and 3 mile walk
Saturday – 3 mile run/walk
Sunday – 3 mile walk
