Update on June goals…

Here are my results so far for the month of June…..
Miles – 35.10
Pushups – 308
Squats – 1,020
Crunches – 900

Goals this week –
1. Get in 15 miles
2. Aim for 60 mins of cardio every day
3. ST 3 times this week

Need to finish my shake and steel cut oats! I am SOOO hungry after our 5 mile walk we had this morning. Have a great week everyone!
