Yesterday was another strong day of reaching my goals though I had to cut my walk short on the treadmill at the gym due to some slight cramping similar to what I experienced Monday. I still managed to get in a good workout and I did relatively well with my calories, just going slightly over the range I am trying to stay in each day.

3. 5 mile easy bike ride at the gym – DONE!
