Goals for today…

Yesterday was wonderful, SO happy I worked hard and got in my 7 miles!!! Now for today I am set for 6 miles, I CAN DO THIS!!!!! I just need to focus and not get sidetracked with Christmas decorating and so on….

I am off to walk this morning! Hope everyone has a blessed day! Here is what I am aiming for today….

Goals for today –
1. Drink at least 128 oz of water, but aim for 192 oz – 1.5 gallons.
2. Stay within calorie range – (1,800 – 2,000) and log all foods
3. Walk 6 miles
4. Consume at least 70 grams of protein
5. Consume 35 grams of fiber
