Fitness schedule for the week

We are back from vacation. It was a dream! I will write a blog all about it along with photos this week but for now I want to get back on track with my walking and fitness schedule….

Goals for this week –
1. Walk 30 miles
2. Consume at least 35 grams of fiber each day
3. Drink at least 128 oz of water a day
4. Burn 2,500 calories
5. Log and stay within calories each day

Sunday – 3 miles
Monday – 6 miles
Tuesday – 4 miles
Wednesday – 6 miles
Thursday – 4 miles
Friday – 6 miles
Saturday – 3 miles
