Today was good. I got up this morning and ran early on an empty stomach. I usually prefer to run a few hours after eating but as the summer heat is getting worse I need to start my runs early so that the heat and humidity is lower. I did well on my run. This is my first week of training for my half marathon coming up in October so I tried to slow my pace down while trying staying strong. For some reason this afternoon I started having a headache and I am not feeling my best but I am sure it will pass. I hope each of you are having a blessed and productive day!
