Monday – Recovery from Sundays race!
Tuesday – 800 yard swim /12 mile bike/ 3 mile run
Wednesday – 1200 yard swim/ 3 mile run
Thursday – 800 yard swim/12 mile bike/2 mile run
Friday – 1200 yard swim/90 min walk
Saturday – Easy 5 mile ride/ light run 15 mins
Sunday – Triathlon!!!! GO JEN GO!!
