Oblique crunch with 12 lb MB – 3 sets of 20 reps
Suitcase crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps
Reverse jackknifes with 12 lb MB – 3 sets of 20 reps
Standing oblique crunch with leg raise – 3 sets of 20 reps for each side
Squats – 5 sets of 15 reps
Leg Press – 3 sets of 25 reps with 90 lbs
Hanging leg raise – 5 sets of 10 reps

Light cardio – 30 mins total
Elliptical – 20 mins
Walking on the tread – 10 mins
